What we collect
If you place an order, we collect the name, shipping address, email address and sizing information needed to make and send your device. If you join our list, we collect your email address and nothing else.
We do not ask you for health information on this site, and we ask that you don't send any. If you write to us and include details about your health, we use them only to answer you.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Who else touches your data
- Stripe — payment processing and order records.
- FormSubmit — delivers list signups from this site to our inbox.
- GoatCounter — privacy-friendly page analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
- Cloudflare — serves this site, and provides cookieless traffic analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes, and support email for as long as it is useful in answering you. List subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our list at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@sundaymaternal.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under state or national law. Write to us and we will honor them. We do not sell personal information.
