Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it by email. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfil it or if it was priced in error.

Shipping

Orders ship immediately. We dispatch from stock as orders come in, and you will receive a confirmation at the time of purchase and tracking as soon as the parcel is collected. If for any reason we cannot dispatch an order promptly we will contact you with a revised date, and you may cancel at that point for a full refund.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return the device for a full refund. It may be used, and you do not need the original packaging. Email us to start a return.

One-year limited warranty

We warrant the Sunday bra, its massaging modules and its battery against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery, when used in line with the care instructions supplied with the device. This warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the garment, seams or hardware.
• A massaging module or battery that fails during normal use.
• Charging faults not caused by damage to the cable or port.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, including pilling, fading and gradual loss of elasticity.
• Damage from washing the electronics, submerging them, tumble drying, or any use outside the care instructions.
• Damage from dropping, crushing, heat, or contact with solvents.
• Devices opened, altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
• Loss, theft, or normal cosmetic marks that do not affect function.

How to make a claim

Email hello@sundaymaternal.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. If we confirm a covered defect we will repair the item, replace it, or refund it, at our option and at no cost to you. A replacement carries the remainder of the original one-year period rather than starting a new one.

This warranty sits alongside the rights you have under applicable consumer law and does not replace them.

Using the device

Sunday is a Class I wearable medical device, FDA-registered and listed, designed to support lymphatic flow and ease breast discomfort during breastfeeding. Sunday is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. FDA registration and listing are not FDA approval or clearance. Follow the instructions included with the device.

Sunday is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a fever, spreading redness, or breast pain that is worsening or not improving, contact your physician, midwife, or lactation consultant.
